1. Prepare a tank of lubricating oil before assembling the melt pump. Lubricate the pump body, front and rear cover plates, active and driven gears, sealing components and sealing cover before assembling. When assembling, please install the parts one by one in strict accordance with the disassembly sequence of each component, so that all parts are correctly reset.

2. Before installing the bolts, apply high-temperature grease to the threaded parts, and tighten the bolts of the front and rear cover plates in diagonal order. Always maintain the state of free rotation. If there is any stuck phenomenon, do not assembling or rotating the pump forcefully. If the assembly is correct, the parts should be easily loaded, and the rotation of the pump shaft will be very easy.
