Reasons for Exhausting Phenomenon of External Meshing Gear Pu

1. Pressure loss due to excessive resistance in suction pipe and filter pipe of external gear pump.

High-speed rotating external meshing gear pump, the oil between the grooves produces a greater centrifugal force, which throws the oil toward the top of the teeth and the inner surface of the gear glue of the pump body. Some of the oil is lost through the clearance between the moving parts in the gear pump, which results in the phenomenon of emptying at the root of the gear.

3. When the external meshing gear pump rotates at high speed, the meshing teeth rotate from the alveolar, and when they are not fully filled, the alveolar has turned the oil suction port and touched the inner surface of the gear cavity of the pump body, so that the oil can not be filled with the alveolar.

4. The manufacturing error of external meshing gear pump is large and the gear eccentricity occurs. Then the pressure distribution on the circumference of the tooth top is concave. In the middle of oil suction and drainage, there is sometimes a low pressure area which is lower than the oil suction pressure.
